Summary:

Since 1984 I've supported organizational IT needs in various ways, ad hoc. Certified as an MCSE and MCT through Windows 2000 when I changed focus to CRM, call center, ISP, and eventually, the web services. I expanded a local DSL ISP from 50 to 500 clients. Designed and implemented a fault tolerant network operations center with all expected Internet services. I continue to consult with small businesses and non-profits, most recently implementing Google Apps and WordPress.

My strengths include interpersonal communications, an extremely rapid grasp of new system and application technologies, and an undying passion for computers and related technology.
